We apply reasonable controls appropriate to the nature of the data we handle on behalf of Housing Authorities/City programs and website users:

- Encryption in transit, secure configurations, and vulnerability remediation.
- Vendor management with contracts requiring confidentiality and purpose-limited processing.
- Logging & audit trails for inspection administration, appeals/QC, and communications.

Records & Documentation
We maintain documentation necessary to support inspection administration, scheduling, landlord/resident support, and appeals/QC workflows, and we provide reports required by our client contracts.
