We can coordinate translation/interpretation upon request and provide plain-language notice templates to improve comprehension for landlords and residents.

Data Security & Privacy

We apply reasonable controls appropriate to the nature of the data we handle on behalf of Housing Authorities/City programs and website users:

  • Access control & least privilege for staff and vendors.
  • Encryption in transit, secure configurations, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Vendor management with contracts requiring confidentiality and purpose-limited processing.
  • Logging & audit trails for inspection administration, appeals/QC, and communications.
  • Retention & disposal aligned to client policy and legal requirements. For rights available to California residents, see our Privacy Policy. (California’s CCPA/CPRA provides rights to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale/sharing, among others.) 

Records & Documentation

We maintain documentation necessary to support inspection administration, scheduling, landlord/resident support, and appeals/QC workflows, and we provide reports required by our client contracts.
